'Young Harmony" and The Thompson Brothers at 'The Shelter', Portballintrae, North Antrim

#alttext#

The pic above ISN'T us! It's a group of four guys from the mid-Ulster area who go under the name 'Young Harmony', and who we really enjoyed meeting last night and in sharing the praise evening with. It turns out they are kind of fans of ours, but they're a lot younger (and cooler) than we are! Thankfully they share our faith in Christ, our taste in old gospel music with acoustic instruments and harmony vocals... and as you can see from the photo also our taste in clothes!

'The Shelter' is run monthly in Portballintrae Community Centre by the folk from Dunseverick Baptist Tabernacle and it was full last night, I'm guessing around 120 or so people, and as ever we had a brilliant time. All being well we'll be back there again in September for a mission event that they are organising. Thanks to Catherine and Marc for asking us along for our second consecutive visit to The Shelter, and to Dean for persisting with the technology, and to Edith for the constant offer of more buns!

If you can catch 'Young Harmony' we'd definitely recommend you to do so; we'd really like to share with them again some time, so all being well we'll get that opportunity.
